JOHN FREEMAN

JOHN FREEMAN is a writer and book critic, author of numerous publications. He has written for The Guardian, The New York Times, The Sidney Morning Herald, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal.

In 2007 John Freeman won The James Patterson PageTurner Award. Between 2006 and 2008, he served as president of the National Book Critics Circle. His book The Tyranny of E-Mail was published in 2009.

John Freeman is the editor-in-chief of the international literary magazine Granta and lives in New York City.
